Although it is called the vapor bomb to this or is a vapor blasting system, when energy can be used freely, it is the explosive power according to the quantity of the energy which can be used, and there is no restriction other than suitable reservation of water. An environment is not polluted, either and the cost of maintenance is hardly needed, either. Also on humane grounds, nuclear weapons become unnecessary.
Nuclear weapons are the things which can be abolished like a chemical weapon as a tool of a battle, as President Obama wished. The big difference of have and have not are born to nuclear weapons, and it is a level which is seen to the conditions which also become a permanent member of the Security Council of the United Nations. It is a scene of might is right. This situation will also change a lot, when each country can have a vapor bomb.
As a result, the time when diplomacy is thought as important comes. Since everyone can ruin a partner, it becomes meaningless to threaten a partner with the difference of power. Our science can be used also for this appearance if it does not use wrongly.
When it progresses so far, it is a situation where it is troubled by the hypocrisy side, and I think that there is also this thing and it was not able to extend cold fusion until now. They have delayed progress of technology greatly by using a system called refereeing without objectivity. We will know the size of this delay after this.
For politics, tyranny of the man of power was a big problem which puts democracy out of order.
For progress of science, the thing which completely disregarded the objectivity supporting the progress and has put it out of order is just a system of refereeing similarly. The science of the medieval church like which cannot oppose the Bible still continues, in order to hide truth so that it may be convenient for power as a system of refereeing which does not guarantee objectivity.
Although this problem is also some tyrannical men of power, the society cannot think so yet. It is not only a politician that has been addicted to power. They also hid the root cause analysis as science of the September 11 attacks, and it is a big problem of the society which should deal with it.
